We will be transported by Essex County Special Transportation to the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Newark, where we will attend one of the “Wednesdays at Noon” Cathedral Concert Series. This is an annual series of four recitals during April and May from 12 – 12:30 PM. We are extremely fortunate that the Verona High School Concert Band will be performing. Following the concert, there will be a mini tour of the Cathedral. If the Cherry Blossoms are still in bloom, we will ride through Branch Brook Park on our way home. Refreshments will be served when we return to the parish hall.
Note: This is the third Wednesday of the month.
