Our Eucharistic Ministers, also known as Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist, assist in the distribution of Holy Communion and the Precious Blood during our Masses. Eucharistic Ministers attend an initial training (with periodic refreshers) and learn about all parts of the Mass, receiving instruction on how to perform their duties and responsibilities with dignity and reverence.
